Vote for the Best Vampire Movies, TV Series, & Web Series of 2010

It's your chance to have a say in the best vampire entertainment of 2010. There are separate polls for each category, so please scroll down to vote for the TV and web series.  Polls close January 4, 2011.

Feel free to tell us your favorite vampire novel, graphic novel, reference book, etc., in the comments section. There are far too many vampire books published each year for me to compile a fair poll for the books category.

Hey Catherine!! I liked Daybreakers, and I actually thought that the Bella in Vampires Suck made a better Bella than Kristin Stewart in Twilight (it was a good, silly parody movie)

I haven't seen Vampires Suck yet. That's interesting that the parody version of Bella made a better Bella!

Sorry about the previous glitch showing that the polls were closed. It's now fixed.

My favorite vamp books are as follows...Laurell K Hamilton's Anita Blake series, Anne Rice, Charlaine Harris's Sookie Stackhouse series! I know there are more but....

I liked spoof Bella, but have no problem with Kristen Stewart's performance.

Voted for "Let Me In" and "True Blood."

Hope to be responsible for one of the nominees for web series this time next year...

Beth: It's too bad the Anita Blake TV series fell through. It would be nice to see some other vampire books getting a shot at the big or small screen.

Zahir: I hope your series will be available for next year! That would be great.

Woo hoo! VampireMob ftw! Neck & neck w/ Suck & Moan which sounds like a cheesy vamp porno. VMob should be in the lead. As well as Vampire Diaries for the tv show.

Catherine/Suburban Vampire said...

Just to clarify, Suck and Moan isn't a porno. It's about vampires (the sucking) and zombies (the moaning).

Probably should watch the web series before you vote for 'em...there are a couple of solid choices. And no, "suck and moan" isn't cheesy vamp porn. But even if it was...what's wrong with that? (got my vote regardless).

Ah, Let Me In and True Blood, though The Vampire Diaries was a close contender. It's my dirty little secret as I really am far too old to be enjoying it quite as much as I am!

You're never too old for guilty pleasures, Marissa. ;-)

Suck and Moan is a brilliant web series about how vampires react to a zombie pandemic. I haven't seen Vampire Mob yet, but my vote has gone 100% to Suck and Moan. You should all check it out!

You should all vote for Vampire Mob because it is the best series out there. Period. No discussions. www.vampiremob.com

I don't know how you could vote for the BEST series without seeing all of them. Both Vampire Mob and Suck and Moan are pretty damn good with some great dialog. (And they both actually take place at night, which a lot of shows completely ignore these days!) I, for one, wouldn't mind seeing a cross over between the two one of these days!

I didn't like Vampire Sucks at all. But my fav Vamp book series is the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series.

I've been watching a lot of the web series (I'm an internet junkie!!) and I'm partial to "Suck and Moan" ... fits my sense of humor.

I would choose The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova as the most creepy novel about vampire
