Here's a short clip of vampire Jerry Dandridge (Colin Farrell) having a chat with teenaged next-door-neighbor Charley (Anton Yelchin) in the upcoming Fright Night remake. Kids: If some guy comes to your house saying these things, even if he looks like Colin Farrell, just slam the door shut. It's creepy.

It's supposed to be creepy -- he's a vampire!! And not all noble and Edward-Cullen-ish, either. Reminds me of that scene in the original where Charley goes snooping and the handyman, Billy Cole, gives a similar creepy talk.
The house across the street from me is up for sale and you can guess what I'm hoping ;-) Wouldn't hurt if I had to enlist a shirtless David Tennant to help me kill my neighbor-vampire, either ;-)
Hi, Nicole! Despite my warnings to be wary of neighbors who show up at doors and say such creepy things, I'm thrilled to bits that the movie is embracing the darker side of vampires, even if everyone in the film is ridiculously attractive.
